My name is Natalie Parker and 21 Rays was founded in July 2019. 21 Rays was started in memory of my brother, Travis Ray Hale who passed away in 2014 just two weeks shy of his 22 birthday. It has been a dream of mine to create a business to keep his memory a live, so this business is to honor Travis while supporting and giving back to the community.
